Patient and trustworthy cat lover!
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, having grown up with dogs, cats and small pets. A few years ago, I adopted a stray cat while living abroad, and we later made the move back to London together. I turned a cat who spent most of her life on the streets into the biggest gentle cuddlebug! I have also volunteered at a cat shelter, where I cared for cats of all ages, personalities and backgrounds. These experiences have taught me how to understand different temperaments and help each cat feel safe, comfortable and cared for in their own unique way. Whether your cat loves to play, cuddle or simply enjoys quiet company, I’ll always let them set the pace. I work from home all of the time, so if you’re booking home boarding, your cat will have plenty of company throughout the day. My gentle ginger rescue cat is also very relaxed and happy to share her space with feline visitors. The goal is for you to relax and enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind!

Our two boys had a great time with Amanda! She sent lots of updates and photos which put our minds at ease whilst we were away. Our cats had lots of treats and playtime and were very relaxed when we came home. Would really recommend Amanda :)
Follows instructions carefully, lots of photos as requested and cats and house were perfect and happy! Also took care of my tortoise and hamster which were equally well cared for :)

Amanda has been an absolutely amazing host to Lester. She is the sweetest, kindest and most caring cat-sitter one could wish for, and Lester, despite this being his first time away from home, was completely relaxed and feeling at home with her. As I came to pick him up, I believe he momentarily contemplated staying with her forever. His time there was that good. Puuurfect!
I can't recommend Amanda enough as a cat sitter. She absolutely adores cats, and it shows in the way she cares for them. Her own cat, Junelle, is treated like family—more like her baby than a pet—and she gives the same love and attention to every cat she meets. She's incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and she's even the type of person who stops to feed and look after stray cats whenever she can. You can tell that caring for animals comes naturally to her, so if you're looking for someone who will genuinely love and care for your cat while you're away, she's the perfect choice.
Amanda is one of the most caring and dependable people I know. She’s always been an animal lover, especially when it comes to cats, and she treats them with so much patience, kindness and affection. I would trust her completely to look after my own cat, knowing they’d be safe, happy and genuinely cared for. Any cat would be lucky to spend time with Amanda!

Schedule
I work from home and spend the majority of my day at home, so caring for cats fits naturally into my daily routine. I already have my own friendly cat, who enjoys the company of other cats when they're comfortable. Between the two of us, your cat will have plenty of companionship, regular check-ins, and a calm, consistent environment.

Having my own cat, my top priority is having a home that is cat-friendly and safe for them. My home is clean, calm, and windows are always consciously secured, and your cat has plenty of cozy spots to snuggle up in. I have plenty of window space for your cat to watch the world go by. I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well cared for while you're away.

A typical day
Every cat is different, so I'll tailor the day to suit their personality and routine. For playful cats, that might mean interactive wand toys, chasing balls, puzzle toys, or plenty of play sessions throughout the day. For more relaxed or shy cats, I'm just as happy to provide a peaceful environment, gentle company, and lots of cosy spots to nap. Your cat will have plenty of attention throughout the day, with regular feeding, fresh water, clean litter trays, and, of course, lots of affection if they enjoy it. My own friendly cat is around for those who enjoy feline company, while cats who prefer their own space will always have the freedom to relax and settle in at their own pace.
