Cat care experience
I have owned cats most of my life or they have lived within my family home. I currently have a 19 year old cat called Fern, who is semi-deaf but living her best life! Most of my family member also have cats. I am used to caring for not only my own cat but neighbours and friends cats (and dogs) and know the care they need and deserve!

We booked Emma to look after Alice, our very shy and anxious cat who hides from any visitors. It was lovely to see how Emma managed to gain her trust within a short time and quite quickly Alice was totally happy and at ease. Emma has great communication skills and is always prompt with her replies. Also it was wonderful getting the photos of Alice every day and we felt totally confident that Alice was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Emma to everyone.

Emma was great, followed all instructions, visited on time following the cats routine. Extras completed like picking up mail and locating parcels outside for us, much appreciated. First time we've used this service and will definitely contact Emma again.
