Hello, I'm currently self-employed as a graphic designer and artist as well as project manager for a charity and work from home on Brixton Hill. I currently have 2 young cats - Myrtle and Hooch - which I got from two different cat rescue places. Before these two came along I had two old brothers from cat rescue - Bert and Harold - who had been abandoned aged 13, however, lived out their last years in safety and comfort - both are still much missed! Myrtle and Hooch are wonderful company and the great thing about working from home is I get to spend my days with them which is great fun. It also means I can be flexible when caring for your cats and spend time keeping them company in your home while you are away. I love to meet and engage with friends cats and would follow this through if I was cat-sitting for you. I would also ensure their bowls were clean and would give them fresh water every visit, clear away any left-over food as necessary so you don't come home to any unpleasant smells and change litter if required. I would be happy to stay and play as well as communicate with you about how your cats are doing whilst you were away. I would leave it up to you how much communication you required. I know how much I miss my cats and how stressful I find it when I am away so I would like to reassure you that I will do what I can to minimise your stress.
