After being on Trusted Housesitters for a year, I have become familiar with boarding in other people's homes from weekends to weeks at a time. This involves them providing leashes, food, toys etc. I am happy to have pets stay with me and I'm available for drop-in sits/walks.

I'd appreciate being told about any behavioural/temperament tendencies as well as any medication or triggers for your pets. I want to make sure we're a good fit for each other!
A typical day
I'm a big hiker and love to go on long walks through forests & coasts & any kind of nature so I'd bring your buddy/ies along with me on those adventures. I'm an active person and like to mess around and play with pets in the garden at my house or take them to the ford. I live in the middle of fields with cows and farm animals everywhere so just being outside is what I live for!

Cat care experience
I've always loved animals and felt drawn towards them my whole life! I've done multiple sits with cats on THS now and have experience with cats who need medication, big cats, little cats, dogs, hamsters and even pygmy goats! I can adapt to any pets needs :) I grew up with my own hamster and my pet tabby cat named Sampson who I'd spend lots of time looking after when my parents were away. He started to have seizures towards the end of his life so I have experience making sure he was comfortable and safe in his old age. My family now have 2 cats I petsit whenever they are away. I have also been petsitting for a year on Trusted Housesitters for sits away from my town as a way of travelling. I don't do any local sits there.

Very happy to do this for Eve. Eve is polite, punctual and caring. She helps out regularly and never lets us down. Eve is adept in many ways, from cooking to babysitting children and pets! Plus she can spot when a helping hand is needed. To see her at her best you only need to observe how she interacts with our cats and her younger brother who adores her company, and all clearly feel 100% secure in her company.
