M, 44, self-employed freelancer with background in entertainment, sports and tv production, now a semi-pro cricket umpire! We’ve had our cat Mabel for over a decade and she’s the absolute best; my favourite thing is sitting on the sofa with her on my lap - she has an incredible sense of when whatever I’m watching on TV is about to end, and that’s the time that she’ll come and sit on me, which obviously means I can’t get up and leave her… that would just be mean.

Jon was an excellent cat sitter, we (and our cat) thoroughly recommend him. He is very easy and professional to deal with. We were delighted with the daily updates and videos and it was clear our cat has been very well cared for. He also gave thoughtful updates about the house.
