Hello fellow feline-loving friends :) Thank you so much for visiting my page! My name is Bonnie and in August '23 I moved to lovely Kingston from Canada, where I spent most of my life - but for 5 years abroad. My deep love, respect, and fascination for cats encompasses nearly my entire lifetime, beginning very early at age 8 when I was able to convince my parents to get our very own. She was a beautiful part siamese calico with a temperamental edge and although her fur was quite sleek, she lovingly became known as Fluffy. Lightning fast, super smart, and quite the trickster, we all fell completely in love as it seemed she did with us so it was beyond heartbreaking to give her up when we had to move across the country, my parents believing it was best for her :( Years later, we had an older cat named Baby and I took frequent care of many friends’ cats then we adopted two baby girls from the same litter, Kaos & Kashmir, pictured in my profile here. Weighing no more than 5 lbs through their long lives, they were the light of my life and after 17+ years of much joy (as well as the very difficult times caring for them near end of life), when it was time for the devastating goodbye, it was certain there was nothing more powerful than the bond you have with these incredibly magical creatures. Even one of my closest friends in Toronto swears I’m her two kitties' favourite person - next to her :) This lifelong love, care, & appreciation for cats in all their adorable diversity, intelligence, and glory, means you’ll be guaranteed a genuinely loving, respectful, dedicated and trustworthy cat sitter who believes every animal is their own unique little being. NOTE: Even though I'm not able to get a police check, since I have no previous UK address, I've had a much more extensive global visa background check in order to become a resident here.
