Hi there, I am a serious animal lover having always lived in a home with cats and dogs. Currently we have 2 senior male rescue cats. George aged approx 14 (seen relaxing in my profile picture) along with Ernie aged approx 17 both came from Ty Nant cat rescue centre near Port Talbot. Both our babies, have totally different personalities and rule our house. Ernie who is a complete gent is very much a lap cat, is my shadow and has a sensitive tummy therefore on a strict diet. He enjoys watching the world go by with his tail firmly curled around him. George who was once a stray loves going upstairs and sleeping, has a wonderful thick coat and nags us for a pamper session with a damp towel. Both gents were quiet when we first had them but after 18 months in our loving home have found their voices, will purr loudly and show us clearly what they want. Prior to this we had Dennis for over 12 years and then Sherrie (Boxer dog) for over 11 years. My list of feline friends could go on and on....... Besides loving animals I am a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, still working part time and plan to pet sit around my nursing role. I am also very active and enjoy walking with my husband (who is a retired Police Officer). As a cat owner I am aware of the importance of having peace of mind that our adored pets are well looked after in our absence. I consider myself as trustworthy, reliable, honest and would look after your pets as if they are my own.
