Hannah took care of Hugo during an overnight stay. He is 17 years old with a lot of medical problems, so he can be quite high-maintenance. She was kind, and he warmed up very quickly to her. It was a relief to find someone so reliable and professional. On top of that, my flat was spotless when I came back. I will definitely book her again :)
