Lena was a phemeonanal addition to our household, right when we needed her. We had a very fluid schedule and Lena had no problem accommodating our often very last minute and haphazard requests. She was always absolutely reliable and incredible with communication. Most importantly she was loved by our dog and gave him excellent, attentive care. Thank you Lena, we would recommend you to anyone.

Lena was fantastic with my dog! She kept him for one week and normally when he gets home he doesn't eat well and seems "off" for a few days (it's a poodle thing...) But he was great! Came home happy and eating well. I'd trust her with my pup again for sure!

Helena is an exceptionally responsible, caring and trustworthy young woman. She is patient, attentive and genuinely compassionate, and she understands that pets are not simply animals but part of someone’s family. She takes her responsibilities seriously and can be relied upon to treat both people and animals with kindness, respect and care. I would have complete confidence leaving a much-loved pet in Helena’s hands, knowing that she would look after them with the same attention and affection she would give her own. When our cat Mingau became seriously ill, Helena showed exactly the kind of patience, gentleness and responsibility that I would want from someone looking after a pet. She cared for him while I was away, made sure he received his medication, monitored him closely and, when he became reluctant to eat and hid away, patiently encouraged him to take tiny amounts of food directly from her finger. She understood when he needed attention and when he needed space, and treated him throughout with enormous tenderness. Seeing the way she cared for him during such a vulnerable time left me with absolutely no doubt that I could trust Helena with an animal I loved.
