I work typical office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) but as I mostly work from home, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate visits outside these hours where possible. Just get in touch!

You’ll receive regular updates and photos during each booking, so you can relax knowing your cat is safe and happy. I take pride in leaving your home as clean as I found it and I’m ultra-security-conscious - triple-checking doors and windows before leaving.
Information Jemma P. would like to know about your pet
Before your first booking, I offer a free consultation to get to know your cat’s routine, quirks and favourite toys. Visits are tailored to each cat. Some need long play sessions and cuddles, while others prefer a quick feed and space - and that’s totally fine. I’m happy to stay longer when needed (schedule allowing) or keep it brief for more independent kitties. For full-day visits (especially helpful for anxious cats), please ask for a custom quote. Travelling abroad? I can hold onto your key until you're safely home so your cat is cared for right up to your return. And just in case of an emergency, my partner is fully trained and can step in seamlessly.
A typical day
My goal is to keep your cat calm, content and cared for in their own home while you’re away. This includes: - Feeding and fresh water (including special diets) - Litter tray cleaning - Grooming and brushing - Playtime and enrichment - Administering medication (if required) - Plenty of cuddles and affection (if wanted!) I also offer free extras such as: - Watering plants - Collecting post - Adjusting blinds/curtains - Taking out bins - Looking after other small pets

🐱 About me: Hi! I’m Jemma - lifelong cat lover, part-time street cat whisperer and frequent visitor to Nottingham’s Kitty Café. I’ve grown up with cats (shoutout to Misty, Keith and Jasper!) and currently share my home with my beloved feline, Sandra. I started cat sitting in 2018 when I couldn’t have a cat of my own - and I’ve loved every whisker-filled moment since.

This is the third time Gemma has looked after our cats and it was amazing as always! The cats love her and we feel so relaxed knowing she is spending time with them. She always sends photos and updates us on medication etc.
