Availability
We work from home so can accommodate most times for drop ins, however our usual schedule is between 8-9am and/or 4:30-6pm depending on your preference, we can also do midday.

A typical day
We tend to spend 10-15 minutes at your home to ensure a proper end-to-end service; we start with the food so that cat can eat while we empty litter trays etc and the we will sit down and let our clients come to us for some cuddles and play time. We always ensure you receive regular updates via videos and pictures to see how they are getting on!

Hi! My name is Lucille and I am a remote worker in Procurement. I am 37 and have had animals all my life so I am pretty in tune with all type of personalities, even the spicy ones. I live in Hanwell with my husband, (who may join me on visits), and we are the owners of one former stray, called Jeff. We don’t know much about his background which breaks my heart but being a stray he was shy and had a bit of a temper! After 4 years and endless amounts of patience, he has mellowed into such a gentle and loving boy. Best decision we ever made! I offer a discounted rate for two visits a day, please let me know if that’s what you’d like.

Lucille and partner took amazing care of my three cats. They shared twice daily videos and photos from their visits which showed the cats were so happy. They also kindly administered gel onto the gums of the two younger cats who had infected gums. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Lucille was a fabulous cat sitter for our three kitties. She was great about communication and sent us tons of videos where we could see that our kitties were relaxed and happy. It gave us a lot of comfort knowing they were in good hands.
Lucille was very attentive and caring towards my cat Coco who is nearly 10 but looks very much younger. Lucille gave me daily feedback including photos and videos. I felt very confident in her and found her entirely trustworthy and practical.
