Serena was amazing. She was attentive to our house, cats and garden. She would ask when she wasnt sure rather than leaves things to go wrong, responsive, sent regular updstes and photos, and even went above and beyond for the cats in a heatwave getting ice packs from her own house for them, and also sorting an ant infestation that appeared the day we left for the holiday. I couldnt recommend Serena more. Will definitely be asking her to come back in the future. Just wn all-round great human! Thank you!

Thank you again to Serena who did a wonderful job of looking after our cat Jake. Especially when we had works going on at home while we were away, she took care to reduce Jakes stress and make sure he was ok that the week went as stress free as possible for him. She made sure he was fed , had attention and made sure our pet cam was plugged back in when the workmen left it off. Thank you Serena x

As always Serena looked after our cat Jake so well. I was worried about leaving him for a week this time but she gave him all the love and I didn't need to worry .
