Fantastic service from Jo. Extremely thorough in getting details from us on how to look after our cats, and very experienced and knowledgeable. Very approachable and kept in regular contact, and generally very friendly. Even able to cope well with unusual and difficult situations with pets if they arise, so definitely a good person to put trust in.

Third or fourth time Jo has looked after our two and I don’t think we’d let anyone else do it now. Totally dependable and always sends a photo or two each day. Thanks again Jo, see you again soon!
