Ellen was the best we could have asked for. As soon as she met my cats they liked her and were happy to be stroked by her. This was our first time leaving our kittens for longer than a night and we are so glad we chose Ellen. She was brilliant from the get go, going the extra mile to travel and sending us regular updates and photos. Ellen was very friendly and immediately showed me that her number one priority was my cat Treacle. Treacle is a very timid cat who doesn't usually like strangers but Ellen realised this straight away and became warm and friendly so that Treacle could approach her without feeling scared. After this first encounter I was very confident leaving Treacle in Ellen's care. She sent me pictures of Treacle every day so I felt at ease! When I got back my house was cleaner than it was when I left it and the cat litter tray was also sparkling clean! Treacle had clearly been given royal treatment. I am very eager to recommend Ellen to anyone who is looking for their first cat sitter. I will 100% be using her again!
