Felines ‘n’ Friends

I am a proud guardian of domestic shorthairs (10-years) and have gained extensive experience working with cats of all ages, temperaments and backgrounds in my professional positions as a volunteer "Cat Cuddler" for my local shelter (6-years) and commercial Cattery Assistant (June’24).

I am Level 2-qualified in Feline Care, Behaviour and Welfare, and I am currently studying to progress to a Level 3 Diploma.

While my area is set as a 5 mile radius of Farnborough, I am prepared to consider locations outside of this area if availability / logistics will allow so please feel free to get in touch.

I am fully insured up to £1M liability and DBS approved.

While cats are my passion, I am a lover of all animals: I have been caring for a constrictor-snake for 12 years and have historic experience caring for cockatiels, guineapigs, rabbits and chickens. I’m more than happy to help if you need support with any other small beasties :)

I completely empathise with how distressing it can be to want “time away” but not at the expense of your cherished companion(s) well-being; and how the thought of entrusting a complete stranger with this responsibility AND your precious home is terrifying enough to make you not want to go away at all! Having wrestled with the same thoughts and feelings, please be assured of my integrity and commitment to treating all that you entrust to me with the utmost respect, love and attention as if they were my own.

Following an initial consultation to get to know you and your cat, and discuss any specific requirements, my service will include:

• Fresh food & water (& treats if permitted).
• Attending to litter-trays (spot-cleans or full changes).
• Cat-led play-sessions and affection.
• Attention to physical condition & behaviours, reporting any changes or concerns to you immediately and transportation to your vet if required.
• Watering plants
• Opening/closing curtains
• Daily updates with photos/videos to ensure you enjoy your trip without the worry of home.
