Penny is the most considerate cat sitter ever. She's been helping me out for over 7-8 years now and I trust her implicitly with my home and cat. She wasn't just coming and feeding Rosa, but she and her son were waiting for her to show up, they we're playing with her and sending me lots of pictures (with funny comments). Penny was very reliable, came at the agreed time every day, and sent me detailed updates and pics. She was great with my kitten, who is a little shy, and they seemed to be great friends by the end of the week.

Penny is excellent . She came to meet all the cats a few days before and reminded me to update my notes with certain information. I received daily updates and photos, and not only did she feed my horde of cats (both my indoor rescues and the outdoor ferals I care for, so a mammoth task of looking out for ten cats) and clean litter boxes but would sit and cuddle/play with them for a while each visit. Even Squeaky Cheese - who is the most notoriously shy of my cats (some my close friends have never even actually seen him in person) - came out to pose for photos. I highly recommend Penny to anyone looking for a soothing reassuring presence with nervous cats, and I plan on booking her services again in the future.

Penny has been fantastic! She visited early each day to feed Ralph, played with him, and kept his bowls and the kitchen very clean. Penny looked after our two cats while we were on holiday. She contacted us everyday we were away telling us what her and the cats had been up to and sending photos as well which was all really reassuring. The cats seemed happy and contented when we arrived home. They can be a bit shy with strangers but they both warmed up to Penny quickly, even laying with her and letting her cuddle them.
