This is our first time having Jenny look after our 2 fur-babies and we came home to two happy cats with no issues. Jenny communicated twice a day, sending updates and pictures so all good. We have already rebooked Jenny on basis of our first experience of her good care.

Jen provided a great service. She met with us beforehand to meet Laika (our cat) and find out as much as she could about her to ensure Laika was as comfortable as possible. Jen also sent us pictures and a video along with a text update while we were away. We came back home to a very happy kitty and we would definitely book Jen again!
