We booked Cassie for overnight stay to take care of our kitten . Cassie was great communicating with us , and updating with videos. Our kitten quickly warmed up to Cassie . Definitely we will be booking Cassie in the future. Thank you !

Cassie was very communicative when with the cats. The cats really seemed to enjoy her presence, ate well and were very relaxed. She gave them a lot of her time, for which I am very grateful!

Cassie was a good sitter and I really appreciated someone being available for the Christmas week. The first few days were quite poor in communication/no photos and I had to chase for check-ins pretty much until boxing day. The flat was in a much worse state than I left it so spent an hour cleaning up after arriving. Overall good cat care ----------------------------------- RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER ----------------------------------- I'm sorry you weren't fully satisfied but I did clean up before I left and I did offer regular messages, allowing for the busy nature of Christmas evening and Christmas day. Communication works both ways and if you needed more regular updates you could always have asked me rather than waiting to complain.

Cassie was so great with my cats and kept me updated with pics and videos every day. She followed all their routines and needs & made me feel comfortable that they were well cared for. 😸

Cassie was absolutely fab. She took on a visit on Christmas Day (and Boxing Day!), which says something in itself. I came back to such happy cats that I didn’t even feel like I’d been away. They were so calm and clearly she’d played with them lots when she visited! Thanks again!

Cassie took very good care of my cat while I was away. I had an emergency and had to fly abroad; Cassie was great in accepting the job at a very short notice and did a great job with Franco the cat while I was away!

Returned home to 10 mould food filled bowls with maggots in. Cat litter and urine/ faeces on the staircase. Litter wasn’t changed regularly. Some litter put in kitchen bin not outside as I requested. My cats are changed in their behaviour. I am extremely affected by this. It’s taken me hours to clean everything. ----------------------------------- RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER ----------------------------------- With 3 cats to look after and a large space, this is a situation where paying for two visits would have made a huge difference. Like anyone, catsitters can end up overworked and miss things, such as a food bowl left out on the first day before they arrived. That being said, the litter was cleaned daily, and the cats were in good spirits before my last visit, so I would say they simply needed more time spent with them than one visit a day could account for.

Cassie was super reliable, sent lots of photos, kept on top of feeds and medication, and my cats absolutely adored her!

Cassie is an excellent sitter and made sure Trixie was very well cared for with daily updates and lots of love shared. Thank you so much!

Cassie was great at communications, keeping us updated on how our cats were getting on. We appreciated the daily pictures and Cassie’s friendly, professional approach.

Cassie was great, sent us very regular updates, and the cats seemed totally at ease—which is really the most important part. She stayed a little while each time, which was really important for our cats and took a lot of worry off of our shoulders.

A reliable cat sitter who has communicated with me every day on how my cat is doing, and who took care of her and administered medication when she was on the meds. A calm and cool person who also managed to calm me down when I accidentally locked her out of my flat. Thanks!!

Cassie was excellent with our cat "Frankie", she looked after his needs, fed, water, treats and changed his tray every day. Cassie went above and beyond what we expected, although she did have great reviews, we knew she would be good. She kept us informed everyday, sent photos, played with him. Cassie was very sensitive with our anxious rescue cat and built a good connection with him quickly. She was in regular contact with us to keep us posted with photos and updates. Our cat was very calm and content on our return. Would definitely use Cassie’s services again.
