Ann’s Cat Sitting in Norwich - where your cats are always my top priority!

I am very passionate about caring for cats of all types, all breeds and all ages. I have had cats my whole life, growing up as a young child on a farm with 17 cats until the age of 18 and then I have had my own cats for over the past 15 years!

Cats have always been a huge part of my life. I also work in mental health and fully understand just how much comfort cats can bring and how important they are in life - they are family and I would always care for your cats, just as I would my own.

I have currently got 4 indoor cats, they are a mixture of cross-breed moggies to pedigrees - a mixture of those I’ve had from breeders as kittens and more recently older cats as rescues.

I have a lot of experience in caring for all types of cats, of all ages and happy to give medications as needed, as I regularly give my older cats medications. So that doesn’t faze me at all.

I regularly care for my sister’s cats, my mum’s cats & friend’s cats too. A mixture of outdoor and indoor cats and I’m happy to do either or a combination of both, whichever you prefer.

My priority is always your cats and whatever they need and your requirements. Happy to discuss these with you, if you have any special requests. I’m happy for you to message to ask me any questions.

I also have a dog and 2 goldfish currently, I have had tropical fish in the past too. So I’m happy to do basic feeding for fish or small animals, such as rodents or rabbits.

Hi, I’m happy to offer cat sitting services in Norwich - popping in once or twice a day to your home, to take care of all aspects of your cats needs, whilst you are away.

I absolutely love all cats and enjoy cat cuddles and to play with them. I have four cats of my own, which I absolutely love and are family to me.

My cats love the bed and the sofa, I can always find them laying in a sunny spot or cuddling together.

I know my cats are happier being cared for in their own home by a cat sitter popping in, when I’m away, as they would struggle in a cattery.

I do house visits for cats that stay at home while their owners are away. I call in, feed them to your own requirements and give them fresh water.

I’m always happy to play with your cats and check they are all keeping ok and healthy, to give them anything they need.

I have a good understanding of basic pet first aid, as I have previously worked as a nurse in previous jobs and done a basic animal first aid course.

I’m also happy, groom or brush your cats, to clean their teeth and administer any medication as required. I have older cats and have experience in all these aspects of feline care too.

I’m happy to use feed timers, set them up or top them up for you and I regularly use those myself for my own cats. I can give them food whilst I’m there or set up feed timers too, as required.

If you have litter trays, I will clean the litter trays, taking out soiled litter and top it up if needed.

I will top up and give them fresh water, to keep them hydrated and well. Always making sure they have access to clean and fresh water, especially in the warmer months.

Home Security:

I can always put the dustbin out, or pop a dustbin back in to your property, whilst you are away - so it helps keep your home secure.

I can put lights on or off and set up light timers, shut or open curtains as needed , collect post and make it look lived in, to keep your home secure.

All this to help, so it isn’t obvious you are away and to help keep your house/property secure.

I’m always happy to water your plants too, if needed indoors or outdoors. Especially in the warmer, drier months of summer.

If there are any special requirements you need for your cats, I’m happy to discuss those.

I’m also able to take care of other small animals, such as feeding of fish, rodents such as hamsters or gerbils and rabbits/guinea pigs. I’ve had pet Syrian hamsters for many years too. As well as tropical and cold water fish.

I am reliable and trustworthy, I have also been police checked, with an up to date DBS certificate, for added reassurance.

I will always keep you updated on your cats and pets, whilst you are away & take lots of photos, which I can send you if you want me to.

Im happy to do as much or as little contact as you wish, whilst you are away. It’s important you can relax, switch off and have a good break, knowing that your cats are being very well looked after.

Prices:

All prices include my travel costs. I will cover most of Norwich. I can pop in once or twice a day for your cats, whichever is best for your cats and pets.

What happens:

Before you go away, I call round for a visit to discuss your pets needs etc. Then collect keys and go through any security issues.
