Nina came to see our kittens, but wasn’t very attentive to instructions and said she understood it all. Unfortunately she didn’t follow our instructions as to disposing of litter, cleaning litter boxes or cat spaces to be respected. She showed the utmost disregard as to our requests and expectations. She clearly stated she didn’t need the money (so why do the work then?) and she was not employed.Furthermore, she came at really odd times such as 10pm. She only sent ONE photo during her entire engagement with us, and just various voice messages assuming we would be in a position to just listen to them all. For someone unemployed, she had the weirdest service and manner, with poor communication skills.The worst part was that she sent us, after we came back, an extremely patronising message about how we should mix our cats and let them fight. It was the tone of “I know best” that was uncalled for - escpecially as she just doesn’t know our cats or our house dynamics, nor their upbringing or background. Save yourself potential headaches from this know-it-all, half-done underperformer and get someone who actually wants to provide a service with a loving manner for the kittens and a grateful, professional service to you.

Nina took great care of Ashton! All the photos and messages made it much easier to be away knowing he was in good hands (and getting lots of cuddles and playtime). Will definitely be contacting her again next time.
