Stephanie was great and kept me well up to date with messages and pics every visit. I could see my boys were happy and cared for in each update. I appreciated the flexibility of adding a midday visit to the schedule as well.

Stephanie was amazing, looked after my elderly special needs cat for almost two weeks and gave me peace of mind. She was keen to know exactly what he needed and also how often I wanted updates etc. She gave him meds and coped with small issues as they arose. This was my first time using cat in a flat and I was a bit anxious but it was great!

Steph was brilliant with Fizzle. She updated us everyday on his activities and kept the place nice and tidy from his random food bag attack. We are gratful to Steph as she got back to us within the hour of us sending our request and she was lovely and friendly when she came to meet Fizzle and pick up the key.
