When we have our Meet & Greet session I'll ask about medical conditions and vets details. It's helpful to know about any medication your cat needs and their general health. If anything has changed with their health since my last visit please let me know, so that I can be more prepared and look out for symptoms.

I love tailoring my services to your cats needs and personality. I want to ensure your cat feels happy and looked after by playing their favourite games, brushing or having a good sit together (with lots of attention). It's so rewarding to build a friendship with my cat clients overtime and get a lovely greeting from them when I visit.

Hi 👋 I'm Sophie, live in Hertford and love cats! I grew up with cats at home and love meeting new cats. I've been cat sitting with Cat in a Flat since 2017 and have looked after more than 25 cats in that time! Each cat has a unique little personality and has different needs - some are bold and sociable, others are calmer and more independent - but all are very special in their own way. I understand cat behaviour and reassure them so they feel comfortable with me. I provide an eco-friendly service by walking or cycling to your home and following your recycling procedures.
