About Me

Friendly & Experienced Petsitter - First Aid Trained, DBS Checked & Insured

Hi I’m Emma and I am a SAHM who pet sits to help other families go on holidays or do other things :-) I started pet sitting many years ago for family & friends.

As a Mum & fellow pet owner, I understand how important it is to have a reliable and trustworthy person - which is why I am DBS checked, insured and drive! I also keep my 1st aid (canine & feline) up to date, and regularly do other training courses too.

We currently have a cat called Felix (4) and we did have a dog Jasper as a puppy until he crossed the rainbow bridge at 14. We love animals, and I find pet sitting extremely rewarding as we can not get another pet as our cat has epilepsy.

Over the years I have looked after kittens, elderly cats and those that have been rescued or had anxiety and other medical conditions. So if your cat is similar, please be assured they’re in safe hands 😊

Its really important for me to get to know your cat, learn their routines and give them the best time whilst your away.

I never rush pets and I getting to know each other either - often with patience, we become great friends! And nothing gives me more joy!

That’s why I always offer a FREE Meet & Greet where we can learn more about each other and how I can help you. And don’t worry about the forms – I bring those with me 😊

Whilst you're away I will send you detailed updates about each visit – videos, pictures and texts – so you know exactly how your pet is doing.

So please do tell me about your cats’ preferences as the best thing about pet-sitters are the continuity in care and routine in your home😊

Because you’re away, I am also happy to open and close your curtains, leave the radio/lights on, collate the mail, take the bins out and even put them to the curb on bin days.

I don’t mind Pet Cams either & happy to adjust if a playful pet has nudged one over!

I mainly cover Great Oldbury, Stonehouse, Eastington, Cam and Dursley.

    Emma was fantastic, I felt like my two cats had a staycation, I received lots of video and photo updates, Emma interacted so well with both and I could see from the videos how happy they seemed and trusted her, one of my cats is very nervous and warmed to Emma very quickly, I can highly recommend and will be using again.

    The cats and I love Emma, so we were very happy she could return for 3 days and as always, is so friendly, accommodating, caring & positive, giving me regular updates. She cheerfully deals with the varying needs & dynamics of my 3 cats. I completely trust her and the cats were very happy when I came home. I think they have more fun with Emma!!

    Emma has been amazing at looking after both our indoor cats. She is thorough, organised and friendly and the cats loved her. We had updates and photos/videos every day and I definitely have no reservations about using Emma again.

    Emma has been fantastic from the moment she arrived to meet the cats and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She was organised, warm and conscientious and I had no concerns about leaving the cats. We had full updates while away, the cats had great care and play, even the most nervous one came out of her shell & they were very happy on our return!

    Emma was absolutely amazing with our elderly cat …. The photos and videos were great & we could see she was content and being very well cared for. It’s the first time we’ve left Lucy with someone other than family members but we would have no hesitation is asking Emma to cat sit for us again 👍🏻

    Couldn't recommend Emma enough! She was so lovely and you can tell she really has a passion for animals and was so good with my two cats (one of which can be a bit hard work!). She was very good at sending updates and I got lots of pics and videos every day! Thank you Emma!

    Emma truly cares about cats and their well being. She gave our cat excellent care, and he instantly warmed up to her. She has great understanding of cats, their needs, and those of their keepers. She is an excellent cat sitter, in my opinion and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

    I felt comfortable and relaxed from when I first met Emma. She was very thorough and professional covering all aspects of Charlie's care in our initial meet and also very warm and caring which completely put me at ease. I had updates with videos/photos after each visit which was lovely to see how well he was getting on. Highly recommend.
