This is my first time using this service after recently relocating to the UK and I was very nervous about leaving our cat for a work trip. Genna was fabulous and put all my fears at ease by coming over for a meet and greet before I left and then sending updates and pictures while I was gone. She clearly loves animals and especially cats, and they love her back. We will definitely use Genna again!

If I could give Genna a 6 star review I would! Genna clearly has a great love of cats and took perfect care of our darling kitty whilst we were away for 3 weeks. We got daily updates with photos and videos, and came home to a well fed, clean and very happy cat. We could not thank or recommend Genna enough - she is highly professional, very quick at responding, and an all round lovely person!

Genna has taken care of Georgie, and she has been fantastic caring for him and updating me daily with news, photos and videos from him. Not only that , she has been also very responsible around the flat and making sure it was safely locked at all time. It is with all my trust that I will ask Genna again to look after Georgie. For the first time we had to leave our little Frida at home while going on holiday and we were a bit nervous about it. Genna was an excellent cat sitter! She was very friendly, reliable, and punctual, and we felt very comfortable leaving our cat in her caring hands. Our return travel was disrupted and delayed, and she went out of her way to meet with our landlord to gain access to our flat to check up on our cat -- which we really appreciated.
