I’ve never used a cat sitter before, instead relying on friends and family to look after my fur babies when I’m away. Janet was absolutely amazing and she looked after them all (including the wild birds that come to the garden) as well as (if not better than) as I do myself. She is a superstar 🌟🌟🌟

We are so happy to have discovered Janet. She goes above and beyond. We had her house sit and care for our two adventurous cats. She took out the time to flap train them, and clean up around and outside the house which I REALLY appreciated. She provided updates throughout the day. She followed our instructions and respected our home. So happy!

Prior to booking, we had a meet and greet with Janet and from that initial hello, we booked straight away which says it all really.

Janet is very organised, reliable, and made us feel comfortable.

Before the stay, she asked lots about our furbabies and made a real effort to understand their needs and how she can best care for them. For me, this made me feel so confident as I am naturally a worrier and my furbabies are our world.

During the stay, Janet's communication was even more excellent than we could have asked for. She kept us up to date with lots of pictures and videos, time stamped the messages so we knew exactly what was happening and when. She was very considerate regarding our time zone difference, and waited until it was a normal time for us before messaging. If we wanted an update on anything in particular, she went above and beyond to reassure us. She made sure medication was given, they were well groomed and given lots of love and attention. We even received lots of lovely pictures of our boys showing affection to Janet and they really were some highlights. We also felt completely at ease knowing she would have been giving our boys updates too on what Mummy and Daddy were getting up to on their adventures.

As both of our boys are mostly house kitties, with a walk with us or the use of tracker collars, Janet went out her way to download our tracker app for the tracker collar and understand how to use it before staying over. She practiced in advance and made sure our little ones got out and about whilst we were away.

We came home to a pristine and well cared for home and to two very happy boys. We also have another booking in the diary :)

Janet is very special and we now couldn't have anyone else care for our boys.

My lovely boy is, putting it nicely a grumpy old man, he has been that way since he was a kitten and he is now 12. Janet has completely won him over, she took the time to get to know him, and he loves her. I recieved loads of pictures while I was away and felt relaxed knowing he was in good hands. I can't recommend Janet high enough.

Janet cared for Milo whilst I was away from home for an extended weekend break.

We had an amazingly relaxed holiday thanks to Janet and her wonderful care and attention to Roxy. Janet sent updates and photos several times a day so we always knew that Roxy was happy and chilled. We arrived home to a beautifully clean and tidy house. We are so grateful and highly recommended her.

Janet is amazing! This is the third time that she has looked after Dennis and I feel completely confident and comfortable leaving our boy in Janet’s care.

We receive regular pictures, videos and updates while we are away which are greatly received and are lovely to see.
