Emma has been an absolute super star! She replied immediately to my request, was very understanding and flexible. She's lovely in person and it was easy to entrust my cat to her! She made a lot of effort and also updated me with pictures with every visit. Very professional and loving! Recommend highly!

It's reassuring to leave Wilson with someone who I know adores him. Emma was very patient with me stressing out over things too!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter over the Easter weekend! From the start, communication was excellent—friendly, reliable, and reassuring. My cat can be a little shy, but he warmed up quickly, which says a lot. I got regular updates and photos, and it was clear he was being cared for with lots of love. I came home to a happy cat.

Emma was superb! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our cat. She was quick to respond and incredibly understanding with our moving schedule, particularly amazing as it was over Christmas week. She kept in touch every visit and made sure we knew that Jazz was doing fine. Would absolutely recommend Emma, to everyone.

Emma was great from the get go, with the initial visit she was very attentive to our cat and the instructions that were left. We got daily reports and pictures. I know he was looked after really lovingly.

Emma has looked after my cats on several occasions now . She is reliable and she give frequent updates on the cats . My cats are outdoorsy and quite elusive and she goes out of her way to catch sight of them and will take photos to let me know they are well . Emma genuinely cares for the cats and would use her again .

Great sitter my cat and rats were happy and looked after and mostly the regular updates and being able to see them kept my mind at rest my cat is very anti social but was so at ease and content with Emma within two days and this doesn’t happen often at all so speaks volumes would definitely book again 🐈

I truly believe Emma is a lovely person however communication should improve. When she started to cat sit she came with her 4 kids each day and my cat felt very overwhelmed (this was not mentioned prior to the booking). I told her that my cat needed some time to play but she would come to give him food for 15mins and leave as if she was in a rush. ---------- RESPONSE FROM SITTER ---------- In response, it does says Stay at Home Mum on my profile. The question of children should have been raised by the owner at the Meet & Greet. The cat was far from being overwhelmed & really enjoyed the social interaction he received on my visits. My communication has never had complaints, I send photos/updates always! I was being watched by the owner's Mother on my 3 visits, every move. Just a very odd, unpleasant and highly uncomfortable experience i wouldnt ever want to repeat. Please be kind, respectful, fair,thoughtful and honest, always!

Emma was very good , she came in as we had arranged and the cats seems well fed and happy .

I would definitely recommend booking Emma to look after your moggy. We met beforehand and Emma checked all my cat's needs and preferences. During my trip I received confirmation of feeding and pictures each day to let me know my cat was safe and happy.
