Louise was great, very friendly, and Echo took to her straight away. Completely alleviated any worry I had about going away and leaving Echo at home.

Very happy with Louise who took care of our cats every day while we were away and as a trained Veterinary nurse she also administered medicine to my cat every day which gave me a peace of mind being on holiday. She also gave really useful advice and can really tell she loves cats. Would definitely ask her again next time!

We’ve used Louise ever since we got our cat, so I’m so glad to vouch for her work! She noted favourite games, toys, treats, feeding times, dental care, litter/water changing, what to do when out, double checks everything and follows instructions exactly. She sends photos often, is friendly, professional and careful about home security. 10/10!
