Hello 😊 I have loved animals since I was a child and currently I am lucky to be doing my dream job working with wildlife for the SSPCA. I work with a range of species from mice to eagles so I would be happy pet sitting for any animals that you have! I have three beautiful rescue cats of my own, 13 year old Tate, 2 year old Rafiki and kitten Tigger. as well as a tortoise Einstein. I have also previously owned rats, guinea pigs and hamsters, and love spending time with all animals. Tate has a variety of health issues that have required additional care and medicating so I am happy to assist with medications and additional care. I have had injection and dispensary training from a vet team, and regular administer medication in my day job. I have five years experience working with wildlife and have recently taken on a new challenge working at and managing a cat rescue shelter. I am well versed in animal behaviour, handling and general husbandry.

Safety, trust & environment
All pets are individual so before pet sitting I would love to know more about your animals. I can come in once or twice a day to pet sit or walk your pups and would be happy to care of all of their daily needs. In addition I love spending time with animals so for the more social pets I would be excited to spend extra time playing or giving them a fuss, whatever they would be most happy with! If it would be beneficial I am also happy to water plants and open close curtains, and of course happy to provide updates of your pet's whilst you are away!

She is just wonderful and moony loved playing her with her. I loved the photos she sent of my fluffy little guy and she just seems like the kindest person. Thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter.
Maddy was absolutely fantastic! She really reassured us every step of the way when taking care of our little cat, Miso. She provided updates every day, with pictures and videos. Reassured us that Miso was eating and drinking perfectly, and using his litter as normal. It really allowed me and wife to fully relax on our Minimoon. I would HIGHLY recommend using Maddy as your cat sitter, and we will definitely be booking again! Thank you again Maddy, Miso already misses you ❤️
Maddy was lovely, and sent plenty of updates while we were away for Christmas. We came home to happy cats. Thanks Maddy!
Maddy is great with all animals, from dogs to cats to rats! She has been excellent at keeping my Border Collie Ellie entertained & walked when I needed! I know Ellie is in safe hands with Maddy and wouldn't hesitate to ask her to look after her again.

Schedule
I'm currently working part time in a cat rescue and I can be very flexible with my time to suit your needs. I would be excited to spend time with your pets before and after work, and on my days off! I work different shifts so I am available during the week and also at weekends too.
- Madeleine can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- I like to have a good all round knowledge of your pets before hand so I can take care of them to the best of my ability! Any known health conditions, medications or particular diets are always useful; in addition to your animal's general temperament and how they behave around new people and animals. Vets and emergency contact details are also important so I can be well prepared in case of any emergencies. I like to come and meet you and your pets beforehand so both you, I, and most importantly your animals are happy and comfortable.
