Kay did a fantastic job looking after our cat. She communicated well and has been friendly throughout. She came with great questions about our cat's needs and was very pleasant. I'd certainly use again.

We have used Kay a few times now and she is brilliant. Our cat loves her and she spends time with him while we are away. Nothing is too much trouble from bringing in parcels and posts to putting the heating on for us so we come back to a warm house! Thanks for enabling us to relax safe in the knowledge that our cat and house are in safe hands

Kay responded very promptly to all of my messages and after meeting her I felt very relaxed and comfortable that my cats would be very well looked after byher. During my holiday Kay send me several very timely messages with pics of my cats which I appreciated. I came home to cats who were very chilled and happy. I would absolutely recommend Kay.

Cat in a Flat is a perfect alternative to using a cattery. It was great to have Kay popping in each day to spend time with our cat making sure she was fed and had some company. We had regular updates from Kay with pictures of a happy cat !

Kay looked after all our pets wonderfully and kept us updated with news and photos, she also dealt with beloved Piggy who passed away whilst we were on holiday (old age). We found a special person to look after our fury friends and we are hoping Kay will be able to help us in the future. Thanks Kay for being so kind xx

Kay was brilliant at looking after our cat and we were able to relax whilst away knowing he was being well cared for. This was especially important as his buddy - our other cat - had been knocked down and killed the week before and he needed some extra love and attention that Kay took the time to give him. We got regular updates as well.

Kay is excellent and we will definitely offer her our next job for first refusal. We have returned home to two surprisingly calm cats. Kay also went above and beyond to care for our baby fish. Its very reassuring leaving your pets with a professional.

Kay was brilliant. Looked after our x2 cats and x1 guinea-pig for 10 days. We had constant updates and she dealt with cat’s in and out schedule. When one of the cats was a bit off, she cooked him a special meal, took extra care and kept us informed. I can’t recommend her highly enough

Friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Kay has been excellent with our cat. We were away for 3 weeks and very concerned about leaving him, but Kay has been really helpful and kept us up to date with pictures of him. Highly recommended.

Kayleigh was wonderful and I think the cats got on really well with her! It was our first time leaving the cats whilst we went away so we were a bit nervous, but Kayleigh didn't seem to mind at all. She sent us a few photos when we were away and communicated really well with us before we went and during (if we messaged her). Second time Kayleigh has looked after my cat family. Came home to happy cats and clean kitchen.

Kayleigh looked after my 4 cats for 1 month. Feeding and playing with them twice a day. I have returned to all healthy looking and happy cats. Mail collected and plants watered. Quick and detailed replies to my messages, asking how the cats were. I will be happy to have Kayleigh look after my cats in the future.

It is the third time we booked Kayleigh to look after our cats. Our cats always look very well and content on our return. Kayleigh is very reliable, great at communicating and responding to any last minute changes in requirements. She also kindly watered our plants and took the bins in while we were away. We would definitely book Kayleigh again!

I used this service for the first time and was very pleased to have a very positive experience. Keleigh has communicated very well throughout the whole process; she was accommodating for any special requests I had and offered to water the plants and put the bins out while I was away. Keleigh came well prepared to the first meeting and her caring and responsible attitude was evident from the outset. On return, I found two very happy looking cats. Thank you, Keleigh :)
