I had booked Natalie for a "Drop In" service to check up on my indoor cat as I was away for a couple of days. We caught up through a brief meet and greet where she met Luna (my indoor cat) and I quickly ran her through various tasks that would be needed (food, litter, play). Natalie was then trusted to visit independently and manage Luna on her own. Natalie excelled here and provided regularly updates (incl. pictures and videos) during her visits. Especially during one time, where Luna had been sick and Natalie provided clean up and light nursing following! All in all, I am very impressed by the service provided.
