We booked and paid for a 3-night overnight house-sitting stay, but a few days before, she let us know she would not be staying overnight due to a scheduling conflict. That said, she spent several hours each day at the house as her schedule allowed, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness made communication pleasant. While a few care details didn’t go exactly as discussed during our orientation or outlined in the written care instructions, we’re thankful she was there for our kitties when we couldn’t be, and we would consider her support again in the future if she would agree.”
