I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I follow each pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, exercise needs, medication schedules, and any special requirements. In both my home and a pet owner’s home, I keep the environment clean, secure, and pet-friendly so they can feel relaxed and cared for while their owner is away.

Nothing is too much, I want to make sure your pet has everything they need to feel happy, safe, and comfortable. I understand that being away from their owner and having a new person around can sometimes make pets feel nervous, so I want to provide the best care possible and help them feel as relaxed and loved as they do at home.
A typical day
A typical day will be tailored to each pet’s personality and routine. It can include walks, playtime, games, cuddles, and plenty of attention throughout the day. For active pets, I enjoy keeping them engaged with exercise and interactive play, while calmer pets can enjoy relaxed companionship and quiet time. I’ll also make sure they stick to their feeding schedule and have a comfortable, happy environment where they feel safe and cared for.

I have several years of hands on experience caring for cats for family, friends, and others, giving me the confidence to look after pets with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. Having cats since I was born, I’ve learned how to adapt my care to each individual pet, whether that means keeping up with energetic pets who love play and exercise or providing patience, comfort, and a calmer environment for older or more nervous pets. What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine level of care, attention, and time I dedicate to every animal I look after. I focus on making them feel safe, relaxed, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I take the time to build trust with each pet, stick closely to their normal routines, and make sure they receive plenty of interaction, playtime, walks, affection, and companionship throughout the day. I understand that leaving a pet with someone else can be stressful, especially for first time bookings, so I make communication a priority. I provide regular updates, photos, and videos to give owners peace of mind and reassurance that their pets are happy and being well cared for.

Aimee was absolutely brilliant looking after my puppy Bailey while I was on holiday. It was my first time leaving him so I was a little anxious but Aimee made me feel at ease. He can take a while to settle down with new people but he warmed up to Aimee straight away. She sent me regular updates and lots of pictures throughout the week. I couldn’t ask for better care for Bailey, would definitely book with Aimee again!
Aimee was very friendly, my kitten felt comfortable with her picking him up at my house and seemed to settle with her immediately. Aimee took hunter for a walk across the road for me so I was able to get some bits done at home, she took some beautiful photos and hunter reached a milestone with her climbing a tree which was absolutely beautiful!
Aimee is my go to cat-sitter when away, I have used her a couple years now and she is brilliant. I have a nervous cat, which makes it hard finding cat sitters that have the patience and Aimee is brilliant will brush, feed, litter and play with her and get regular updates from Aimee which puts your mind at rest when on holiday. Will keep using Aimee to cat sit :)
