We are Alice and Michele, a young couple of Italians. We moved to London 11 years ago and we are both working in the City. Michele is an Operations manager and Alice is a Training Manager. We met in Sydney and that’s why our lovely cat is named Sydney.

We had a great experience with Alice. She came to introduce herself and to meet the cats beforehand. Having met her, I felt comfortable leaving our two 12 weeks old kittens at home (with Alice doing a midday visit). She was very helpful on the day of the visit and the cats got all that they needed: food, water, and fun time. 😸😺 Thank you very much.
Michele was amazing. We had two visits a day over a long weekend. He made a real effort to make Minnie feel comfortable and kept us updated with pictures too. He also made sure a couple of parcels were left inside the flat which had been delivered whilst we were away
Alice has been amazing this weekend. She has been great at communicating and provided regular updates and pictures of mischa. Highly recommended
