Pet care is an important and natural part of my daily routine. I make sure feeding, exercise, and any cleaning or grooming are scheduled at regular times, so pets have consistency and feel secure. I plan my mornings and evenings around these responsibilities, and I use reminders to ensure nothing is missed. This structured approach means pet care fits smoothly alongside my other commitments, while still giving the animals the attention and care they deserve.

When caring for pets in their owner’s home, my priority is keeping the pet comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding, walking, playtime, and any special needs. I ensure the home is respected and secure, keeping things tidy and leaving it as I found it. This approach helps the pet feel safe in their familiar environment and gives owners peace of mind while they’re away.

Information Amber B. would like to know about your pet
I would want to know as much as possible so I can care for them properly. I’d need to know if they have any special needs, health conditions, or medications, and check what their usual feeding times and diet are. How much exercise they need, what commands they know, and if they have any quirks or behaviours I should be aware of, like being nervous around other dogs or pulling on the lead. I’d also want to know their toilet routine, whether they can be off the lead, and have the vet’s details just in case. The more I know upfront, the happier and safer the dog will be while they’re with me.
A typical day
A typical day with a dog involves a mix of physical exercise, mental stimulation, and care. I would start the morning with a toilet break, a walk, and breakfast, followed by a short play or training session. During the day, I’d ensure regular toilet breaks, provide interactive toys or puzzle feeders, and, if possible, a midday walk or playtime to keep them active and prevent boredom. In the afternoon or evening, I’d take them for a longer walk, engage in training or games like fetch, and give them dinner at a consistent time. The day would end with calm bonding time, grooming or petting, and a final toilet break before bed. This routine keeps a dog happy, healthy, and well-adjusted.

Reliable Cat Care While You’re Away
Cat care experience
I have experience caring for both cats and dogs, and I especially love spending time with cats and making sure they feel safe, calm, and comfortable in their own home. I have looked after cats of different breeds, personalities, and ages, including senior cats who may need extra patience, medication, or a gentler routine. I understand that every cat is different — some love attention and playtime, while others prefer quiet company and space. I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, play sessions, brushing, medication if needed, and giving lots of love and attention. I’m reliable, caring, and I always treat pets like they are my own. My goal is to make sure your cat stays happy, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away.

Here’s a warm, friendly review you could use: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amber was absolutely fantastic with my dog, Jake! 🐾 From the moment they met, Jake felt comfortable and happy in her care. She took the time to get to know his personality, kept me updated with lovely photos, and made sure he had plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles. I could tell he was truly loved and well looked after. I came home to a very content (and slightly spoiled!) dog. I’d happily recommend Amber to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter — Jake is already looking forward to his next stay!
Amber has been absolutely wonderful with my energetic dog, Ben. She loves taking him on long walks, and always makes time for plenty of cuddles. Her warmth and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does, and Ben adores her. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in safe, caring hands whenever I can’t be there. Amber is reliable, kind, and truly treats him as if he were her own — I can’t recommend her highly enough.
