Whenever possible, I do my utmost to stick to the routine of each pet I look after. As I become familiar with a pet, I will never force interaction, but gradually build up the trust. I will always make sure the pet is comfortable and happy.

Please let me know if your pet has any specific needs, and details about their daily routine (sleep, walk, toileting, medication etc). Any behavioural traits to be aware of will be important, particularly as I have a puppy, bunny and cat at home. Please note that I cannot take unneutered male dogs.
A typical day
I have a variety of brain-engaging activities for dogs, cats and rabbits at home and engage my own pets in these daily (snuffle mats, little training sessions with high value treats, toys that require problem solving skills). I have many dog and cat toys available and am well-versed in successfully training puppies and younger dogs. I always use positive reinforcement and have a variety of healthy treats available to encourage learning new tricks! I love taking dogs to the nearby green spaces and have an SUV to accommodate driving the dogs to bigger green spaces like Ashton Court or places in the nearby countryside.

I’ve had cats since I was about 8 years old and have looked after kittens, rescues and cats with severe health issues as well. I currently have a lovely calico cat named Ahsoka, who is 4 years old and is loving, playful and slightly mad (in the best way of course). She is an outdoor cat, but I have had indoor cats in the past, so I’m well-versed in understanding cat behaviour and will do my utmost to cater to your cat’s needs as best I can. As I work fully remotely and on a flexible schedule, I am able to dedicate ample time to care for your cat, whether that’s drop-in visits or house sitting. I have access to a car and can be very flexible around caring for your cat or cats.

Diya is a true dog lover who demonstrates amazing care and responsibility when looking after our cockapoo, which she has on many occasions. Diya anticipates our dog's needs, making time for play, relaxation and taking her for local walks. We are always updated with photos and messages during the day which we really appreciate. Our dog is obviously happy and receiving brilliant care. I can highly recommend Diya as a trustworthy, warm and wonderful dog sitter! ❤️
