Although I am a veterinary nursing student at university I have days where I don’t have in person classes therefore making me available throughout the day and some days I’m home by 12pm, as well as having my weekends spare.

I am very vigilant when it comes to pet safety especially with having grown up in a home with indoor cats, therefore I will take any safety measures you have in place very seriously. Due to my vet nursing course I have done placement at veterinary clinics therefore I’m aware of safe and proper handling techniques as well as signs to be aware of in other dogs when out on walks.

A typical day
Depending on your dogs needs, we’d go for short or long walks and explore all their smells around them. We’d play with their toys and make sure they have lots of fusses.

Cat care experience
Growing up in my family home we’ve always had cats as members of our family and I wouldn’t have it any other way. From playtime to naps on my knee, I love all aspects of cat owning. Our cats are indoor cats therefore I’ve got plenty of experience with cleaning out litter trays and I’ve also administered medication for my cats in the past when necessary.

Isobel house sit and took care of our two indoor cats for the weekend. Isobel was fantastic and was very happy to meet our wishes (ie meal times, playtime, etc). Isobel also kept us in touch as requested and sent us photos. The cats really took a liking to her and I would be happy to use her service again and again! Isobel also left our home tidy and clean which was a nice added benefit. Highly recommend Isobel and will be rebooking her soon. Thank you Isobel 🤗
Isobel is a Bristol University student studying veterinary nursing, a career path she has been passionate about since childhood, due to her love of animals. She has a calm, compassionate nature which she displays openly through her care of animals. She has her own French Bulldog, which she has been responsible for, loved and cherished for the past 5 years and she has also been very involved with the care and upbringing of the British shorthair cats and kittens that I have bred for the past six years. She has undertaken five weeks of work experience at a local vet practise and was praised highly for her excellent attitude and her exemplary care and handling of all the animals. Isobel is a good time keeper, she is polite and attentive to the needs of others, is highly capable and is both reliable and trustworthy. I have no doubt she would excel in this role and be a credit to your company.
Issy is completely animal focused in everything in life. From growing up with family pets to centring her career on the pursuit of veterinary medicine, issy is incredibly capable when it comes to care for her animals. Issy regularly sits my cats and they absolutely adore her. I would highly recommend her services as a sitter as she will go above and beyond to ensure your pets get only the best care with all the love and attention.
