📍My CATchment area: (M1, M2, M3, M4, M7, M8) Cheetwood / Cheetham Hill / Higher Broughton / Lower Broughton / Strangeways / Greengate / Green Quarter / Ludgate Hill / Northern Quarter / Ancoats / Blackfriars / Trinity / Salford Central / Spinningfields. 🙋🏻‍♀️ About me: I’m 39, have lived in Manchester for 13 years (originally from the Midlands) and I live in Cheetwood (near Strangeways), working hybrid in Manchester City centre, and I whizz around on a little e-bike 🚴🏻‍♀️ to get to catsitting jobs. In November 2026 I will be going back to college to change career path, following redundancy. I will have even more availability and will be looking to pretty much go full time catsitting. ‼️ I charge very little to upgrade to a 60-minute visit so please have a look at that for extra value! 🕣 I will always try and accommodate your preferred times for a visit so do tell me what they are, but please note I plan my catsitting in a sensical way when I have more than 1 booking a day, unless they require set times for medication. My general hours are 6am to 10am for breakfast and 5pm to 9pm for evening feed and I will try and stick to a similar time each day. 🍽️ For 2-visits a day I will always arrange it so your visits are at least 8 hours apart between me leaving in the morning and me arriving again in the evening, unless you prefer otherwise. 💤 House-sitting rates are based on staying at your home 12 hours overnight, by default 8pm to 8am, or 7pm-7am or 9pm-9am if you prefer. It is not to stay in your home 24/7. We can negotiate extra visits in the middle of the day or to extend the hours slightly for an extra charge. ❤️ Please save me as a Favourite in the app - when I’m getting booked up I usually make my service radius smaller so I may drop out of your search results. However if I’ve ever sat for you before you get 1st dibs on slots! A client is for life not just for Summer! So just send me a message and I’ll accommodate you! 🔓 I also lock in (fix) your rates so even if I raise my prices you will always pay the rates from when you first booked me.

I will spam you with photos and videos 🎥every day while you are away for peace of mind. Having a sitter is less stress on your cats than going to a cattery! But also, you have the added benefit of me looking after your property, having the lights on in the evening, and opening and closing curtains, so burglars don't think you're away! Plus I can the bins ♻️ out, take your parcels 📦 in etc. I'm also a dab hand with a houseplant 🪴. Anything to make your life easier please just mention. If I can be helpful I will be - no extra charge. Many of my regular clients I’ve worked with for a few years are like family friends now, and it’s nice to offer that support. If you are going abroad ✈️ I will happily hold on to your keys 🔑 until you are back in the UK 🇬🇧 and drop them off for free, to save you the stress of flight delays. Any issues, and I’ll pop back and feed your cats, and we can worry about payment afterwards.

You can rely on me to dote on your babies and treat (and sing to) them as if they were my own. I enjoy just being there and keeping your cats company; making sure they're not just fed, watered and cleaned out, but also don't get lonely while you're gone and also have some playtime if they want it. It makes me very happy and also hopefully minimises the ‘cat sulk’ on your return! I always carry a set of what I’ve found are the most popular cat toys 🪄🧶 if you don’t mind me testing them out. I will likely have the TV on and make it feel like a normal day. If it’s ok with you, I usually leave the TV on a sleep timer for your cats for a bit of company and background noise, as well as some light. Of course I’ll do the basics of feeding, watering and emptying the litter tray and keeping their area clean, and anything else they would normally have.

Cat care experience

I’ve been a professional catsitter for 10 years on CatInAFlat (now part of Rover) - since April 2016 when it first came on the scene, alongside my day job. As of August 2026 I’ve worked for 92 unique cat owner clients and completed 444 separate bookings merely through this site (god knows how many individual visits in total that would have been, in reality between 2,000 - 3,000) …you are in safe hands! I know how to look after your property and I know how to cat! I know what to look out for in terms of cats that are not well. Many of my clients have been with me through house moves and numerous life events and I like to get to know cats as their regular sitter to make it easier to understand what’s normal for them and what’s not. I’ve had my own rescue mog Tobias, a tabby, since 2021, he used to live in a hoarding situation with 100 cats. He now lives the life of riley! I also have a stepson Dusty, a long haired giant tuxedo beastie who belongs to my boyfriend! We rescued him from a year in an open shelter! Watching them pair interacting since I moved in is like the movie “Stepbrothers”. It brings us endless joy and amusement. This was after a few years of me being in rented flats which didn’t allow pets - hence becoming a catsitter to fill the void. My parents cat Hebe passed away after Christmas age 18. I left her when I moved to Manchester. She was a rescue cat who was a teenage mum and got kicked out of her old house. She was tortoiseshell same as my first cat, Sparkie, who I watched age 6 being born in my friend's wardrobe, ‘sparking’ my lifelong obsession with cats, and we had her til she passed away after a long and happy life. I've also had Moochie, a black and white rescue who we looked after in her twilight years; she had a broken jaw having been hit by a car. She was a sweet old lady and put up with a lot of hassle from child-me including dressing her up in all kinds of garb and putting doll’s glasses on her. (I’d like to say I grew out of this but my cats have a slew of birthday hats, bow ties and novelty harnesses and they accept this like troopers as it means they don’t have to catch their own food)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review by Beans and Chino When Mum said Liz was coming to look after us, Beans immediately started practising her welcoming speech. Chino immediately started practising being invisible. Beans: “Liz is excellent. My breakfast arrived every morning despite the fact that I had been starving for at least eleven minutes. She gave me fuss, told me I was gorgeous and listened patiently while I shouted at her for reasons that are still unclear.” Chino: “I spent the first two days conducting security checks from an undisclosed location. Liz passed every test, including walking past my hiding place and pretending not to see me. Very professional.” Liz kept our food bowls full, our water fresh and our litter trays clean. She also resisted telling everyone where Chino hides, which means she can officially be trusted with classified information. Beans: “I particularly appreciated Liz’s support during my daily investigations into the bathroom sink and my campaign to discover what happens when humans leave the toilet lid open.” Chino: “I appreciated that Liz understood that me appearing for thirty-seven seconds before vanishing again counts as quality time.” By the end of the week, we’d decided Liz wasn’t just a cat sitter—she was one of the staff. Five stars. Would definitely employ again. Love, Beans 🐾 (Head of Public Relations) Chino 🐾 (Head of Security, currently hiding somewhere in the flat)

Liz is absolutely brilliant to have as a cat sitter, I feel so much less anxious leaving my boys with her. Thanks again! :)
