I'm happy to see to your pet before and after my day at work. I often finish work early, so I have plenty of time in the afternoon and evenings for extra time with your pet.

You can be reassured that your pet is in good hands. I have over 15 years of experience looking after my own pets, family pets and providing pet-sitting services for my community. I'm also a registered volunteer dog-walker with Cardiff Dogs Home. Would you like to have daily updates about your pets well-being? I'm happy to do that and send lots of pictures. It's always helpful to know about your pet's personality, so I know how best to approach and interact them. Therefore, I can also let you know if their behaviour or personality changes. It's good to be aware of any health issues or potential symptoms to look out for while you're away.
A typical day
In addition to the standard pet-sitting duties (feeding and cleaning) I can spend additional time with your pet, depending on what they like to do. I can provide lots of comfort and cuddles to pets that enjoy attention. I'm quite good at engaging cats to play with feather toys. And of course, I'm happy to take dogs on walks, play fetch and play with toys. In general, I can spend 20 minutes to 1.5 hours with your pet - let me know what works best for your pet.

Throughout my life I've had cats of all personalities - social, elusive, independent, playful - and I understand how to earn a cat's trust while respecting their boundaries. I can provide all the necessary cat-sitting duties (feeding, litter-scooping, brushing, etc) and I'm happy yo spend extra time with cats who like to play or cuddle. With instruction on how to best help your cat, I'm also happy to administer medication.
