I work remotely so home everyday, I get an hour lunch which I always fill with a walk, I enjoy having a furry friend to keep me company as I walk through Heaton Park or Jesmond Dene. Happily walk before & after work in evening. I’m available for boarding all through the week and weekends when I’m home.

I’m a bottom floor, maisonette flat so no stairs. I have an easily accessible fenced back yard the dogs can enjoy when at home. I can provide if needed: water/food bowls, lead, wash and treats of course!

Let me know if your dog does have any special needs or requirements, likes or dislikes. How they are around other dogs. My dog would always have a funny 5 minutes if I brushed the sofa because she was thinking their was something to look for and chase.
A typical day
I’ll have breaks with your pup constantly throughout the day and chill with them wherever they settle whether it’s on the sofa, on their bed. I’m always out walking whether its before, during or after work, so we’ll go on a lovely long wander through the parks.

Cat care experience
I think my love for animals started as I grew up on a farm. I had my my own Collie, Pippa (I know, classic farm dog) and 4 black and white kitties, Fluffy, Tom, Tilly and Trouble. I would always walk and look after neighbours dogs and cats as well. Had my own Doggie day care, walking them through the fields and playing with them in the gardens on the agility course I’d made them. As well as being responsible for feeding chickens, cows and lambs. When moving to Newcastle I missed this interaction with animals, having my Uncle’s dog for sleepovers while he is on work away trips.

This was our second time using Phoebe to cat sit for us. She always turns up on time, did everything we asked and gave our cats plenty of love and attention. Gave us peace of mind that they were well looked after while we were away. Would definitely book Phoebe again.
I couldn’t recommend Phoebe enough! We have just came back from a week away and Phoebe stayed at my house with my dog, Nellie and cat, Mango. Phoebe has been amazing from the get go, meeting Nellie and mango prior so that they knew who she was, and took Nellie on a trial walk also. They both love her so much and I couldn’t be happier with the bond that she now has with them, she gave me so much reassurance and sent photos and videos and kept me up to date through out the week we were away. She took Nellie on loads of long walks to burn all the energy that she has and gave them loads of attention. I know Mango and Nellie would love to have Phoebe stay with them again in the future and will 100% be booking again for any other trips away that we have planned. She’s one in a million☺️💖
Phoebe was so kind and caring with my cat and tortoise! I was away for 2 weeks and even though a reptile requires specific care compared to a cat she was really understanding and took care of both animals really well. I’d highly recommend Phoebe.
Phoebe is a fantastic, reliable dog sitter. She would have Meg while I’m away on holidays, but most helpful is I can rely on Phoebe at short notice when I have to go away with work, to care for Meg as she works remotely. She has a back yard which is great as Meg can’t sit still. Meg loves her time with Phoebe, the long walks and treats, she never wants to leave!
