It’s important to us to make sure your cats feel safe, reassured and loved while you’re away. We focus on ensuring your cats regular routine is maintained, and take time to understand your cats unique personality and needs so their physical and emotional comfort is assured.

Before accepting any booking we will ask you some questions about your cats routine, behaviour and needs. We will only take on a job if we know we can provide your cat/s with what it needs to thrive. So please be transparent about any behavioural or medical issues, these rarely faze us, but it’s important for us to be prepared. We will need full details of your cats vet.
A typical day
Every cat is different, and aside from the standard requirements of food, water, medical needs and a litter tray clean a day could include any or all of the following: - morning cuddles - playtime - general grooming - cuddles throughout the day - bird watching on the TV - quality time in the evening maybe watching TV. - taking photos/videos of precious moments to send to their pet parents. If your Kitty likes to snuggle during the night we are more than happy to have them in the bed with us.

Cat care experience
Hi, we’re Gina & Ria - a mother & daughter cat-sitting duo. We unintentionally fell into the wonderfully rewarding world of pet-sitting, after selling all our possessions to become digital nomads in June 2022. We set off for what has been one of the best adventures of our lives, spending time in Thailand, Vietnam, Mauritius, Malaysia & the Canary Islands. Last year we joined a housesit site and have fallen in love with so many cats that we are now completely hooked. Gina is a retired teacher, author of 3 poetry and 1 short story book and a Happiness Coach. Ria is an Empath coach, meditation teacher and Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner. We are both vegan, animal lovers and reiki practitioners. We are often told by our clients that our great energy has a positive and calming effect on their kitties.

Gina & Ria have looked after my pets many times while I’ve been away on and off for the last 30 years. In the past they would look after my cat and two German shepherds. One of my dogs would pine when I left and not eat, but with Gina & Ria’s patience, calm and loving nature she overcame this. More recently, they have sat for me with my cat Boysie who absolutely adores them and all the love and attention they give him. I always ask Gina and Ria to sit when I go away, as it enables me to fully relax and enjoy my holiday knowing the animals are well cared for.
