Dependable pet sitter in ancoats
Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've grown up with both cats and dogs and have always loved spending time with them, understanding their personalities, and making sure they're happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Before moving to Manchester, I worked as a dog walker and pet sitter for three years, looking after dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. During that time, I gained experience with everything from energetic puppies who needed plenty of exercise to older dogs who preferred a gentler pace and lots of fuss. These days, my own household includes a Chihuahua (Cilla Black) and two cats (Michael and Ken Lee), so I understand the trust involved in leaving your pets in someone else's care. I know that every animal is different, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and quirks to help them feel safe and relaxed. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, feeding, playtime, companionship, or someone to check in on them while you're away, I'll treat them with the same care and attention I'd want for my own pets. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they're in safe hands. I pride myself on being reliable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

Tom was amazing and took brilliant care of our cat. Very friendly, kept us updated on his visit and he was super flexible when our dates changed last minute. 100% recommend!

Thomas is a wonderful pet parent and pet uncle to my cat, Giz, who is notoriously fussy! Whenever he has taken care of Giz, I have returned to find her happy, healthy and full of her usual vigor when I have had others care for her in the past and not had this experience. He not only ensures she is fed and watered but that she is entertained and relaxed while her parents are away. He treats her as one of his own pets which is to say she's treated like royalty! Highley recommend Thomas he's brilliant!
Tom has previously popped in to feed my sweet boy Julius! Tom is very reliable and friendly, updating me on how Julius was and how my flat was! I’ll definitely be asking him to look after Julius again!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me flexibility throughout the week for dog walking and drop-in visits. I work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays and am office-based from Wednesday to Friday, so I am generally available for morning, evening, and weekend bookings, with greater daytime flexibility at the start of the week.

When caring for pets in their own home, I make every effort to maintain their normal routine, as I know that familiar surroundings and consistent care help animals feel secure and relaxed. I also understand that I am a guest in someone else's home. I treat every home with the same respect and care that I would expect for my own, ensuring it is left clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. Reliability, trustworthiness, and good communication are important to me, and I take pride in providing owners with complete peace of mind while they are away.
