Excellent care from Charlotte as usual : dealing with the different attitudes and personalities of both cats with updates on each visit.

Once again Charlotte was great with Tiptoe, playing with her every visit and sending pictures and updates as to how she was doing. Tippy is shy and reserved with strangers, but Charlotte managed to create a great rapport with her and get her to play and interact. Very happy.

Charlotte has been great with our cat when she's sat for her - very reliable and communicative, always sends great pics through so we can see what our cat has been up to. She also at v short notice went and did an extra visit when we became concerned about our cat and Charlotte was able to release her from a room where she'd got stuck.

This is the 2nd time we've asked Charlotte to look after our 'particular' Siberian cat, Mars, and we're very pleased with her care. Always a wealth of pictures from each visit, and Mars seems quite at home with her.

Charlotte took care of our two cats (Udon and Ramen) whilst we were away for a week on holiday. She sent us updates on their behaviour and condition together with many picturrs during every visit, this really helped in putting our mind at ease. I could tell that my cats got plenty of attention, love and playtime from her as I came back home to 2 relaxed, happy cats 😺😺. I thoroughly recommend Charlotte. She kept me informed with very detailed updates which was reassuring as I was away for a long time. She took lots of time to fuss Buddy, she cleaned up all her feeding bowls and took away any food and litter debris.

She administered daily meds and even cleaned up the business end of things which wasn’t pretty but it was soothing for Buddy.

Charlotte is a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in booking her again.

Charlotte was fantastic and we would definitely use her again. As promised we had twice daily photo updates and Thomas was often happily on her lap. We came home to a very contented cat and had an even better break knowing Thomas was being well looked after. Highly recommended.
