Lovely sitter who accommodated our new arrival well into the prebooked schedule. Updates while we were away are also lovely to see our pets are doing well. Our favourite/ only sitter.

Between booking Sam and her actually looking after our Archie, he was diagnosed as diabetic and subsequently needed 2 insulin injections a day. Sam was amazing, she observed the routine and provided excellent care for Archie. The communication has been fantastic and we have booked Sam again knowing Archie is in safe and caring hands.

Came back to very happy cats again. Sam is reliable and kindly looks after my bunnies too and she feeds the fish! Happy to leave them all in her care.

Sam has looked after Coco a few times now. Sam sends me reassuring updates when I am away and I am hopeful that Coco will become less timid with Sam over each visit.

Sam is great. Her in depth understanding of felines makes her the ideal cat sitter. My cat is very independent and she didn't see a lot of him, but he is 100% fine and gave me a warm welcome after Sam looked after him for 5 days.

Whilst away, Sam messaged me and sent photos which was very reassuring. I returned to 3 happy cats and could not recommend Sam highly enough.

We always feel at ease knowing Sam is looking after our cats, she is great at giving us little updates on them & our cats are no longer distressed when we have leave them

Sam is a great and my cat has really taken to her. He is elderly and has quite a few health issues which she has been really understanding, helpful and capable around. She also gives him loads of affection (which he loves!) and sends me reassuring photos and updates on how he's doing. I honestly can't recommend her enough!

Sam was fabulous, it was clear to see that she has a great connection with cats. Boogaloo loved her from the moment they met. Mambo is very nervous of everyone apart from us and usually hides if anyone comes to the home, but she showed her face at the first meeting and on the 2nd day Sam let us know that she had stroked her and they were firm friends from then on. It was reassuring to get updates and to know that the girls were in safe hands. Will definitely use again

My little Brie loved Sam so much!! we received pictures of Brie every day and Sam took care of my many plants too. We had a last-minute change to our dates and number of visits and she totally helped us out. She's amazing!

Sam was fantastic! She saw to my two cats twice a day and spend lots of time caring for them. We also got lots of pictures :) One of our little kitties didn’t want to play ball originally but Sam was patient with her and I they ended up being besties. Could not recommend her enough.

Samantha was excellent with my cats Artu' and Merlino while I was away. She was very lovely, reliable and wonderful. She gave me daily updates with messages and photos, and she took fantastic care of my babies treating them as their own. It was great to come back home to happy cats and clean house as well!! I can highly recommend her and I will definitely use her services again, fabulous cat sitter!

Sam updated me after each visit and included photos which was very reassuring all cats were OK as one has epilepsy so I worry when go away.

No words can describe how brilliant Sam has been. Never left our cats with someone we didn't know before. Sam gave daily updates, as well as photos of our babies. What's better is that our normally anxious cat, who hides behind the couch at the sight of a different person, was very playful and loves Sam! We will 100% be booking Sam again in the future. If you are looking for a catsitter, I guarantee Sam is not to be beaten!

Sam is a very reliable, excellent cat sitter. When she looked after our cat we got daily updates and photos, putting our minds at rest so that we could enjoy our holiday. Our cat seemed happy when we got back, so we won't hesitate to book Sam again :)

My big boy Yuki is not the friendliest of cats, so when Sam sent me a message saying that she managed to stroke him, I immediately knew he was in good hands :) Sam is lovely, caring and reliable - she sent great updates everyday which was highly appreciated.

We're home after a fantastic 2 week holiday, relaxed in the thought that Sam was once again looking after our world's Denzel + Marlene, with pictures and conversations everyday we were always up to date what our two little monkey's were up to! We came home to two very chilled, relaxed cats who although pleased to see us (for once) seemed undeterred we had been away. Sam is our little gold gem who I'm so so glad we found, this website is amazing and I'm so happy I logged on, enquired, booked and found Sam. Sam was the perfect sitter for my two cats- Beryl and Mimi and I will definitely be booking with her again! She made every effort to make the process easy which included coming to meet the cats and keeping in regular communication with me. My two fur balls can be very fussy but they obviously loved Sam as I came home to two very relaxed and contented kitties. Once again myself and my husband went away but before we do anything we contact the AMAZING SAM!!! This website and finding Sam has been the best thing ever, I would never go anywhere else, Sam comes fully insured through Cat in a Flat and it's so easy to set yourself up and running... Sam txts and takes pictures for us and we ALWAYS come home to chilled out, happy (didn't realise you left!) Cats... next holiday 7 weeks and counting!!

Well... what a fantastic holiday we had knowing that Denzel and Marlene were being so very well looked after. Sam contacted us everyday with pictures, videos and updates on how they both were, we went away for 10 days the longest yet and Sam stays the night which puts my mind at rest knowing my two have someone to cuddle up to still.. this is without any doubt the best site to be on for guaranteed cat lovers and I feel so blessed that we found Sam, after a horrendous experience with a cattery my two will never have to go through that again. My only gripe is they clearly don't care we have been away and struggled to come and say hello this morning!! I cannot recommend Sam enough she is amazing in what she does but also a very lovely person too... Roll on next year's holiday!! 🐱🐱🍹🍹👍👍

'Amazing'.. the first word that comes to mind when I think about Sam, we have just returned from 4 days away and after a horrendous experience before from a very well established cattery I thought I would give this website a go and found Sam, from the very offset Sam came across to be a cat lover and she agreed to look after our two, constantly in touch with us with updates and pictures put our minds at rest, we came home to two very relaxed, chilled cats, clearly not bothered we hadn't been there! We will definitely be using Sam again for our holiday in September can not recommended her enough 🐱🐱 xx
