Susie was a great Catsitter! Charlie has previously hidden from people coming in to feed him and is nervous around new people but she took time to make friends with him and sent lots of photos each day. Very reliable and will definitely be booking Susie again for future catsitting as Charlie was much more relaxed when we came home than before.

Susie was great looking after our cat Romeo who has to have lots of medications which Susie managed confidently to administer! Reassuring to have a sitter with lots of experience of cats.

Susie is a total cat whisperer! We have a grumpy lady cat who does not take to anyone but susie worked her magic. We felt that both our cats were in safe hands and susie was great at communicating with us and sending us pics of our furry friends while we were away. Made the holiday so much better knowing the cats were so well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

I must say- we would not recommend Susie as a cat sitter. Based on her reviews and profile, we were very hopeful that she would be a great cat sitter. We were unfortunately very let down. We had agreed to two feeding times of 8am and 6pm and let her know that it would be ok for her to come within the hour if needed. Unfortunately, she consistently came an hour and half late, even two and half hours late. On one occasion, she said her partner would cover for her for an evening feed- he forgot and she came 4 hours late. She never once communicated that she would be running late, we only ever found out after the fact.

We were also mislead by her profile which states “Love to give kitty Cuddles and have playtime, best part of the visit.” We let her know that our cats are very friendly and thrive off affection. They are also long haired cats and do need to be brushed (which they very much enjoy). Unfortunately, she did not pet, brush, or play with them once the entire time she cat sat for us. If you are looking for someone who will spend any time with your cats I would not recommend Susie as she never stayed longer than 20 minutes and often left after 10-15.

It would be accurate to say that she will feed your cats, keep their litter clean, send photos of them eating and leave. She is responsive to text messages in a timely fashion and was kind enough to bring two parcels in for me when I asked, which was very much appreciated. If this is all you are hoping for then she would be a good fit, but if you are hoping for more than that as her profile indicates, then you will likely feel let down by her services as we were.

-------------------------------------- CAT SITTER REPLY -------------------------------------- I want to sincerely apologies to Sam that he felt let them down with my duties of looking after his cats, this has never happened before in the 5 years I have been cat sitting. I have taken their comments on board and as a result of this on my calander i am now noting down set times of visits required rather than just AM & PM.

Susie is reliable, approachable and helpful, and most importantly great with our cats (Suki, the younger one, is very shy but she managed to make friends with her too!) Great communication, we got pictures of our cats every day. They were happy and relaxed when we got back home. Highly recommended! A++

Susie kept in touch with me everyday whilst I was away and sent photos and updates. My cat is very nervous of other people - Susie made a real effort with her but didn't overwhelm her. Food bowls and cat litter etc. All left clean and tidy when I got home. I would highly recommend Susie and will definitely use her again.

Susie was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond for us. She came for a pre-meet with Luna and to collect keys and was extremely attentive to Luna during her visits. We received WhatsApp updates, plenty of pics and video’s. We will defoneitih be using Susie again next time we are away and i highly recommend her services to anyone in the Hackney area.

Susie was excellent! She seemed very professional and our cat, who can be quite shy, really took to her. We got lots of updates while we were away and Susie very kindly did extra drop-ins nearly every day as she knew it was the first time our cat had been left alone. I would definitely recommend her and hope to use her again!
