Eleanor is fab. We didn't worry about our baby for one second while we were away knowing he was in the best hands. Wonderful to get pictures of him too!

Eleanor did a great job looking after our cat Pippa and we wouldn't hesitate to engage her again. She has a good bond with cats, lots of enthusiasm for the job and she communicates well.

Eleanor is a perfect cat sitter. She kept us up to date with our cats from the moment she arrived. She made sure they were settled and entertained them with dreamie hunts! As well as checking what we required and even putting our bin out for us. We returned to two very happy cats! I would definitely recommend Eleanor and would not hesitate to contact her again.

Eleanor gave me regular updates and photos, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away without worrying about my fur babies at all. She spent plenty of time playing with them and even managed to make friends with my particularly difficult cat. Very impressed.

Eleanor is a wonderful cat sitter! We've booked her twice now to look after our cat Tiny. She keeps us updated with pics and messages each visit and gives us peace of mind that Tiny is happy and relaxed while we're away.

Eleanor did an excellent job of looking after our cats while we were away. They were happy, well-fed and relaxed when we got home (bit like us, really). And, although there weren't any cat-related emergencies, I felt that if there were, Eleanor would have known exactly how to deal with it.

Clara is not an easy cat to deal with.. she will just be very cautious and hide away from strangers. Eleanor did an amazing job to get along with Clara and get her out of underneath of our bed! She gave us updates on how she was doing during our trip which gave us sense of security. Thanks Eleanor! Let us know if you need us to help sitting your three kitties!

This is the second time I've booked Eleanor and again I am more than happy to leave my girls in her care. She kept me updated while I was away and checked I was back in case an emergency visit was needed. Brilliant.

This is the first time I have used a service like this while I'm away and I couldn't be happier. Eleanor came round twice before I went away and had to sort out the fact that I had given her the wrong key (sorry) while I was abroad and had to call a locksmith but she never made me feel like it was too much trouble. Because of needing a locksmith we had to go through 'head office' and they were fantastic too, very reassuring and quick to respond. I have also just got home to milk in the fridge and a clean kitchen. Absolutely no hesitation in giving 5 stars. Thank you for an excellent service.

Eleanor is a very good cat sitter and a genuinely nice person. Our four cats all liked her. They looked perfectly chilled out when we got back from holiday.
