Lovely Ilona was the perfect sitter again. Marley and I feel very grateful that she was able to look after her. It's such a joy to receive her updates and to see Marley looking so relaxed while I'm away. Then when I return Marley is so chilled because she's had such brilliant care. I couldn't ask for more. Ilona looked after Williams for 8 days, which is the longest time I'd left him for in 7 years. He's an older cat, on daily medication, and I was anxious about leaving him. Ilona was so understanding about my anxieties and provided detailed updates at each feeding, and taking time to give him the attention he needed. Highly recommend.

Ilona was really lovely, she got on with Marley from the first visit and put us both very much at ease.

Ilona not only listened to my many strange requests for Marley's care but followed through on them all - even honouring the booking despite being poorly!

She sent amazing updates and photos, neither Marley nor I could have asked for more! 😺

This was my first booking with Ilona, after about 5 years with my previous cat sitter. It went so smoothly and Williams made instant friends with her. I really appreciated the updates, including photos and videos, and knowing he was comfortable being his usual self with her. Delighted to have found a new regular cat sitter!

We highly recommend Ilona. She is a cat whisperer! Our cat can be hissy at strangers, but he liked her from the beginning. When he was naughty, she knew how to deal with him. Ilona is also dependable and sent us great pictures of our cat being so happy, along with detail visiting reports. That really helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

So lovely, and IIona has done such a great job of looking after my 3 kitties, I will most definitely be using her again!
