Especially give it was Gus’s 1st time they just bonded immediately..she really understands how nervous it can be for someone to leave their pet with a stranger & more than Gus she literally put me at ease! Tracey continues to be our go-to cat sitter - we know that we can totally rely on her to care for our super nervous cat, Muffin. We have used Tracey many times before and had superb service for our kitties. This was our first time leaving our kitties for more than a few days (a week this time!) and Tracey well and truly cared for all their needs. Tracey Anne is always a great cat sitter and I am especially grateful to her for looking after my cats over the festive period, even after I had to change the date of the booking. The cats are always happy with her and I know they will be safe and cared for.

We have used Tracey a few times to look after our fur-babies while we have been away and they have always been really well looked after. We have received photos of our cats from each visit showing how they are and that they are playing well. She spends a long time on each visit and makes sure they are fed and litter trays are cleaned etc

Tracey is a fantastic cat sitter. She is very experienced and reassuring and I felt totally comfortable leaving my cats in her care. She sent lots of photos each day when she was with the cats. I particularly liked that she sent a photo each day of one of my cats eating, as I had told her he was a fussy and slow eater. This let me know he was ok and was the sort of little detail that shows Tracey really goes the extra mile and is very attentive. I'd have no hesitation recommending her to anyone.

Tracey was excellent. She looked after our cat Jake for nearly three weeks. She sent daily pictures and videos and spent a long time with him on each visit. It's clear that she genuinely likes cats and enjoys looking after them and made us feel at ease while we were away. Highly recommend.

Tracey is a totally reliable, trustworthy and experienced cat sitter. She noticed one of my cats hadn't eaten (he is quite fussy and also sometimes too sleepy for breakfast), and she came back later that day - despite the booking only being for one visit per day - to feed him again. It's very reassuring to know someone is looking out for the cats and noticing things like that, and will go the extra mile to make sure they're OK.
