Julie will always be our first choice to look after our two cats. Her daily updates are so reassuring and our girls love her. She’s also very patient with our more timid girl who gets a bit feisty when worried.

Julie was great with Lemmy since the first day, she was patient, caring and attentive to his needs, she makes him feel comfortable during our time off. She kept us updated via texts and videos to see how our boy was doing throughout the week. We recommend to other users.

Julie looked after my elderly cat Mai again and as always took great care of her. Our other cat Pookie had recently died (Julie had done an amazing job in the past giving her insulin) so Mai is on her own now. Julie is amazing with our cat. We did have two cats who she used to look after and one was very poorly so her attention in giving him his medicine was amazing. Sadly we lost him this year so this was the first time we had left our remaining cat on his own and he clearly loved being looked after by Julie. She always shares lovely updates.

Julie was amazing taking care of our girl Lizzie. We (mostly me!) were really worried about going on holiday for the first time since adopting Lizzie but Julie made us feel really confident providing daily video updates where we could see that Lizzie was happy and behaving normally. knowing that Lizzie was being well cared gave us peace of mind and meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday. When we came back, Lizzie was her happy and playful self. We'll definitely book her again in the future.

Julie looked after our cat Badger for a week, she sent us a daily video update which was very sweet, Badger looked like he was having a great time. She put our bins out and did some plant and garden watering. I would highly recommend Julie she certainly put my mind at rest while we were away, and Badger hardly noticed we were gone.
