About Me

Cat sitter in Wiltshire

Hi! I'm Sophie, I'm based in Chippenham and am a former cat fosterer with Bristol & Wales Cat Rescue and volunteer at the Moggery in Bristol. I'm also the proud owner of Olive, a former stray from Greece who we met on holiday and now lives with us in Chippenham.

I've owned cats my whole life so have loads of experience with care, feeding, play and looking after all kinds of health challenges - elderly, very young or needing specific diets or medicine. I work as an analytics manager and in my own time I love swimming, board games and musicals.

My partner Nick is also a catsitter and we're happy to cover each other's booking slots if there's an evening one of us is unavailable :)

Alongside feeding, cleaning and sorting any meds I'll spend quality time with your cats and send lots of photos and videos to set your mind at rest. I'm also happy to bring in post and water plants🪴

    Soph took amazing care of Peko, giving us lots of photo and video updates! She cared so much about making sure Peko was comfortable and happy as she can struggle with new people which meant a lot and will definitely get Soph to look after her again!

    Sophie was incredible! We have a little shy boy (when he wants to be) and Sophie made him feel super safe and relaxed lots of tummy time treats and play time. Sophie asked all the right questions, spent lots of time with Lentil and sent us so many great updates and communication throughout was great! 100% would recommend thank you Sophie 💖

    Sophie and Lauren are very quick to communicate and we were really happy with the whole process. Lauren sent lots of pictures and updates which really helped us as this was the first time we had used a cat sitter! The cats loved her!

    Sophie was great with communication, both before in arranging to meet Salem, and whilst I was away. I got lots of lovely updates and she really spent the time with him (even though he was being quite shy!) I felt very comfortable with Sophie looking after Salem and would definitely book her again.

    Sophie is AMAZING, we would definitely want her to look after our two cats again in the future. From the first meeting, we felt completely comfortable with Sophie and so did Salt and Pepper. Sophie was very professional, asked lots of questions and even brought a little cat treat on the first meeting, so she could get to know the cats. Daily updates with photos and videos were lovely (she takes better photos of our cats than we do), so we felt the cats were in very safe hands. Thanks Sophie. Andrew and Pete.

    Sophie kindly looked after George while we were away for a week. He’s a very old chap needing gentle care and daily medication, but Sophie reassured us by sending regular updates, photos and short videos, so we knew he was in good hands. Sophie clearly loves cats!
