Berta was great. She did a fab job with my cats in difficult circumstances as we had builders in too and the cats were stressed out. Communication was really good too, so important as I was a bit anxious due to builders.

Berta was great, really communicative and sent pics/videos of Sid while she was checking in on him. Sid looked happy and relaxed in the videos meaning I felt at ease leaving him with her.
